Industrial-grade Polyaluminium Chloride

The product indicators meet the industrial standard of GB/T22627-2022.

Features: polyaluminium chloride is a water purification material, inorganic polymer coagulant, also referred to as polyaluminium, abbreviated as PAC.

It is an inorganic polymer water treatment agent with large molecular weight and high charge produced due to the bridging effect of hydroxyl ions and the polymerization of multivalent anions.

    Physical and Chemical Index

    Indicator name

    Liquid Index

    National standard Company standard
    Mass fraction of alumina (AL2O3) /% ≥ 8 10
    Basicity /% 30-95 65-85
    Mass fraction of insoluble matter /% ≤ 0.4 0.3
    PH value (10g / L aqueous solution) 3.5-5.0 3.5-5.0
    Mass fraction of iron (Fe) /% ≤ 3.5 1.5-3.5
    Mass fraction of arsenic (As) /% ≤ 0.0005 0.0005
    Mass fraction of lead (Pb) /% ≤ 0.002 0.002
    Mass fraction of cadmium (Cd) /% ≤ 0.001 0.0005
    Mass fraction of mercury (Hg) /% ≤ 0.00005 0.00005
    Mass fraction of chromium (Cr) /% ≤ 0.005 0.005
Note: the indexes of Fe, As, Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr, and insoluble substances listed in the liquid products in the table are calculated as 10% of AL2O3. When the content of AL2O3 is ≤ 10%, the impurity indexes shall be calculated as 10% of AL2O3 products.

    Method of Use

Solid products should be dissolved and diluted before input. Users can confirm the best input volume by testing and preparing agent concentration based on different water quality.

    ● Solid product: 2-20%.

    ● Solid product input volume: 1-15g/t.

Specific input volume should be subject to flocculation tests and experiments.

    Packing and Storage

Every 25kg of solid products should be put in one bag with inner plastic film and outer plastic woven bag. Products should be stored in the dry, ventilated and cool place inside the door for fear of damp. Don't store them together with inflammable, corrosive and toxic goods.
